Go to your local climbing gym (see list here). Find the FixMyShoes drop off box, attach a tag and scan the QR code.
We Repair
Your shoes are sent to our workshop with the next pick up and restored using premium materials.
Return
We send your (almost brand new) shoes back to a parcel shop near you - ready for your next adventures.

How long does a typical repair take?
Most repairs finish within 3 weeks once received at the workshop. Complex work can take longer.
Can you match original colors and finishes?
We’ll get as close as possible using premium finishes; exact matches depend on age and materials.
Where do I hand in and collect my shoes?
Simply drop off your worn out shoes at your local climbing gym and pick them up whenever suits you best in a nearby parcel shop.
